RULES & FAQ

When ordering, please double check your address is correct, because if it gets lost, it's up to you to purchase another order. I will not send out replacements for free if you have given me a faulty address.

If I have any questions about your order, I will send an email. So if there's a delay in getting a shipped email, it's because I'm waiting for a response from you!


ORDERS IN THE UK

- If ordering in the UK, your order will be shipped first class. There's no tracking number, but your product should arrive within 1-2 days depending on when I send a shipped email.

- If it has been longer than a week, please contact me, and I'll work on sending you a replacement.


GENERAL INFORMATION

- What is the difference between rounded corners and regular corners?

I have a stamp that will round off prints. If you want this option, please make sure you're 100% about it! I can't send replacements for mistakes. Some prints don't have this option because of the design.


- Where are you shipping from?

Your orders will be shipped from England, UK, using Royal Mail.


- Am I able to order a product internationally without the tracking number?

Unfortunately, no. Tracking numbers allow me and you to see where your order is, and covers orders if they end up arriving damaged. It also gives your order priority in the UK as well as abroad, so your order arrives quicker and safer.

Also, please be aware that once the order leaves the UK, I have no power over what happens to it. It is in the hands of whatever shipping company the Royal Mail works with in that country.

- My product tracking hasn't updated in days, is it lost?

Usually, when leaving the UK, the order will take a few days to be scanned at the country it's arriving at. Please don't worry, and be patient - I've had orders take up to six days to arrive and be scanned that it's arrived at the border of that country. Once that's over with, the order should be with you in the next few days.


- My product has arrived opened and damaged, what does that mean and what do I do?

If you are ordering from outside the UK, the order has to go through customs, and it's part of safety that they're able to open and check inside the order for anything against rules/regulations. Usually, it can go through customs being untouched, but if by chance it is opened, then I have no control over that.

Every order is packed securely, if the inside wrapping has been opened, that usually means customs has had to take a look at the package! If the order has arrived damaged, by weather, deliverer or anything that could have caused damage, please contact me on my socials or email me directly.


RETURNS

- If your parcel arrives damaged, please do your best to keep all details on the front intact, as I may be able to claim back for the damage caused to your order. (This is only available for international orders.)

- If you want to return a product, please contact me beforehand! I may just be able to send you a replacement.
